Meet the one behind “pasta e fagioli” and our hearty “ribollita”. Crafted from Carrara White, our DNA, the main ingredient from our quarries. Treated with vegetable oil that shields it, giving you ample time to keep it pristine. Bon appétit.

SECONDO
Primo pairs splendidly, but on its own, it's elegantly perfect for a succulent Tuscan “Chianina steak”. Made from Nero Carrara, the last one to be first, a small quarry reopened after a long break, black surronded by white. Don't forget, the meat should be rare.
